Level 2: 6-Week Program – Building Strength and Confidence Level 2 is the perfect follow-up for those who have completed the beginner program or have some basic experience in the gym and are ready to take their fitness to the next level. This 6-week program is designed to help you build strength, increase muscle tone, and further improve your fitness with 4 training days and 3 rest days each week. With 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days, Level 2 builds on the foundation you’ve already established, incorporating more advanced exercises, moderate intensity, and progressively challenging routines. You’ll focus on increasing weight, reps, and intensity to push your strength and muscle growth, all while maintaining proper form to prevent injury. This program also includes warm-up routines to prepare your muscles for each workout, and stretching and recovery routines to help with flexibility and muscle recovery. These elements are designed to support your progress and ensure you’re taking care of your body throughout the program. Level 2 is perfect for those who are ready for a bit more challenge while still keeping the workouts approachable and effective.
