Welcome to our new Online Service. We have created this because you can only fit so much into a 45min Personal Training session. With our Online Coaching, we provide detailed feedback, customise programming, and nutrition support. We also understand most people have very busy lives, so we have created this to be accessible for everyone. It doesn't matter if you don’t have a gym membership. You will also get access to 30+ recipes and more added every month. You will learn to live that healthy but balanced lifestyle I'm sure you always hear about. We like to say here helping you put more tools into your tool box. We talk alot about community here, but coaching is all about you, not getting lost in numbers. That’s why we have a team coaching approach to make sure you’re supported in every way. A lot of the time people’s fear in coaching is about being a bad client, but we don’t want, or expect you to have it all figured out, just to be willing to try. If you value learning and supporting others, you’ll see pretty quickly that you belong here.

How it works

  • The weekend before you start is your first check in. Upload your first progress photos, Body scan and your average nutrition.
  • Check-ins weekly via the App
  • Highest level of customisation and support available in online coaching
  • Training programs are delivered via our App. Enter your weights to track progression, time your rest periods with the inbuilt timer, add body stats for progress tracking and graphs, and utilise the messenger system to chat to your coach.
  • Macronutrient targets calculated specifically to your body stats and goals.
  • “My How-to” Guide on Tracking Macros + Other Free Ebooks
  • Technique feedback when you send in videos of your training
  • We are by your side every step of the way to ensure you have everything you need to achieve your goals!
