6 Week Booty Program This program is designed to give you bigger Glutes The Booty Program is split into 3 week training blocks the first 3 weeks will be the same workouts for upper and lower. This will allow you to work towards increasing load because when it comes to build Glutes its all about two things Progressive overload & Food. The Progressive overload part in this program is keeping the workouts the same for 3 week blocks gives you the opportunity to go heavy on each lift. If your mixing up your workouts to much thats not a program/plan. You have to do something over & over again to improve. The last 3 weeks of the 6 week BOOTY program the workouts are changed up to increase difficulty compared to the 1st 3 weeks. You will be challenging yourself with a new structured program & working towards increasing your weight again with the new structure to ensure you are building muscle.
