Welcome to our new Online Service. We have created this because you can only fit so much into a 45min Personal Training session. With our Online Coaching, we provide detailed feedback, customise programming, and nutrition support. We also understand most people have very busy lives, so we have created this to be accessible for everyone. It doesn't matter if you don’t have a gym membership. There is not one QueenB fitness class i leave not on a high. Nothing but support, encouragement and progress is given throughout each and every single session.
